Nakheel Mall is located at the core of Palm Jumeirah, and is part of Nakheel Malls’ AED16 billion expansion, aiming a total retail space to over 17 million square feet.
It has 350 shops, restaurants and leisure attractions across five floors, plus three underground parking levels with 4,000 spaces.
It is set to be Dubai’s most premium shopping destination.

On this prestigious project Effisus Bond FT and Effisus Stopper solutions were used to seal roof flashing and penetration details. The Effisus Ecofacade solution was also used to ensure water and air tightness of façade’s connections.
