Le Cristolien is a 16.000 m² complex located in the heart of Créteil and at the foot of the future Grand Paris train station. This project can accommodate 950 people, thanks to its 3,175 m² floor area, and will also benefit from an inter-company restaurant, gym, seminar and training rooms, in addition to 314 parking spaces.

Completely restructured, the building is BREEAM Good, certified by BBC Effinergie Rénovation and HQE Rénovation Très Bien. With its partners, was chose a bold architecture that meets the challenges of the future. And it anticipates future developments, considering all its dimensions. Without a doubt, an authentic work of art!

Several Effisus solutions were used in this project: Effisus Ecofacade, to ensure water and air tightness of all facade elements connections, the waterproofing adhesive Effisus Bonding KFP, the facade joint sealing solution for rainwater with pressures up to 600Pa Effisus Sealexpand XTRA 600 and also the multifunction double-sided butyl-based sealing tape Effisus 2Bond GO.
