Kingston University, London

Effisus Project

Most of Kingston University buildings were built between the 1950s and 1970s, so it is comprehensive that most of them are deteriorating, and running out of energy efficient.

That’s why Kingston University decided to invest in their campus, maintaining its competitive position in the market. The new buildings will be environmentally sustainable, and flexible in order to be adapted to future teaching needs. The teaching facility at Roehampton Vale will be relocated from Wandsworth into the borough of Kingston.

Estate Vision key is to create a new-high quality building so they can provide an even better teaching and learning experience across their campuses.

Effisus Ecofacade P-Fix was applied in order to protect buildings’ facade connections from the deteriorating effects of atmospheric agents, at the same time maximizing its energy efficiency saving both waste and error application.
