EXEO Office Campus is located in Parque das Nações, in Lisbon, a strategic and central position for office buildings with contemporary design and state-of-the-art facilities, leisure and retail spaces, restaurants and green areas, occupying 7000 square metres.

It has three buildings (Aura, Lumnia and Echo) that share an architectural language which dissolves the barriers between indoors and outdoors, in dialogue with the surrounding landscapes, through broad glass facade transparencies and multi-purpose rooftops which bathe the spaces in natural light.

In this project, three Effisus’ solutions were used. A1 Fire-Rated Effisus Breather FR Membrane was used for overall protection of facades against moisture, driving rain and wind, while preventing corrosion and insulation deterioration. A1 Fire-Rated Effisus Vapour FR Membrane was the solution for weatherproofing vapour barrier. Finally, Effisus Ecofacade was used to ensure water and air tightness of all facade elements connections, protecting the building from potential water damage, maximising energy efficiency.
