It is one of the DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resort Skyscraper complex, the other three will house the DAMAC Maison-Paramount co -branded serviced residences. The suites of the hotel are inspirated by the Paramount films such as “The Godfather” and “The Great Gatsby”. It has a total of 823 room, with eight different types, such as scene rooms, stage rooms, premier suites, silver screen suit, “The Don Corleone suites”, “The Charleston suites”, “The Carol suites” and “The Paramount suites”. 

DAMA Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts is a complex of four skyscrapers, each one with 270 metres (890lf) tall with 68 stories each, located in Business Bay, Dubai. Its first announcement was in 2016, predicted to be completed in 2020. 

The four towers have a connecting multi-level plaza with themed restaurants, bars, events facilities, swimming pools and retail zones, based on Paramount-branded products. 

Effisus Ecofacade SA-EDGE membranes were used during this project, for an effective sealing of the façade joints, and Effisus A2 Fire Rated Breather FR System, applied to protect the new façade against moisture, driving rain and wind.
