This project purpose is not only bonding the cultural and traditional area back to the origin and roots of Dubai, but also improve and activate the waterfront edge of that area. This Is located close to the emblematic building “Dubai Creek Harbour” and the historic Gold Souq, and it is a mixed-use project, with across 8 plots of prime land. The design is contemporary, with color schemes common to the surrounding areas, design and developed by DAR Architecture. 

Deira is one of the oldest communities in Dubai, and also the most densely populated districts, with an extensive transport infrastructure, shops, restaurants and cafes. 

This project construction was launched in 2012, but began in 2017 with plots 1,2,3,11 and 13. The plot 3 is the one called “Sherina Plaza”, completed in September 2020, consists in two residential buildings, one hotel and an office building. The residential buildings contain 350 one, two- and three-bedrooms apartments, the hotel operated by Wyngham Hotels and Resorts has 209 rooms.

In this project Effisus Vapour FR Class A2 system was used to prevent the condensation risk, improving the airtightness and consequently the energy efficiency of the building, applying an A1 Vapour FR membrane. The Effisus Bond FT was applied as a flashing detail solution
