The Dubai Creek Harbour is a development by Emaar Properties PJSC that will feature 113 million SF of gross floor area encompassing residential developments, services apartments, villas, branded hotels and a lifestyle retail district. The development is comprised of nine districts with a 30-year phased build-out. Key structures will include a tower that will exceed the height of the Burj Khalifa, a mega retail district and a sanctuary development with exclusive villas and a canal district.
Sustainability is at the heart of development, with a road and transport network designed to minimize environmental impact, as well as various ecological initiatives, including artificial forests and open green spaces. In addition, a modern and dynamic design that blends the concept of modern urban living with nature-inspired design and transforms one of the oldest and most historic areas of the country into a vibrant destination for contemporary living. It is undoubtedly an innovative living environment that will serve as a model for future community planning of cities.
In this project, it is being used the A2 Fire Rated AVCL System to protect façade from environmental agents with superior fire resistance, and the bi-adhesive tape Effisus 2Bond DS, to seal the perforations/connections on the façades.
