As an architect, artist and fashion designer, Zaha Hadid (born 31st October 1950) will be missed by everyone. Her work pushed boundaries and set new standards, both creatively and technologically, whilst she also made herself be heard by society, having been the first women and muslim to receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize (2004). In 2010/11/12 she also received the Stirling Prize (prize for excellence in architecture) and in 2015, as a woman, again, for the first time, she was awarded a RIBA Gold Medal (Royal Institute of British Architects) in recognition of her contribution to international architecture.

As a way of remembering Zaha, and her magnificent masterpieces, we share images of her most recently finished project, the last and sixth museum, part of the Messner Mountain Museum project, built at an altitude of 2,275 meters, on top of the Kronplatz mountain, named “Corones”.
