The Peninsula London project is well on the way to completion and will set new standards in luxury and elegance when it opens in 2022.

This grand hotel will replace the 1950s and 1960s offices at 1–5 Grosvenor Place in luxurious Belgravia and will deliver 189 rooms, ballroom and meeting facilities, restaurants and bars, spa and leisure facilities as well as retail units and 24–28 residential apartments, managed by The Peninsula Hotels.

As an integral part of this groundbreaking project at one of London’s most celebrated addresses, Effisus A1 Fire Rated Vapour FR Membrane was used as the weatherproofing vapour barrier, protecting the building from condensation risk and improving its airtightness and, consequently, energy efficiency.
