Built in 1974 and refurbished in 2015, the Serrano Tower is a 14-storey office block located in the exclusive Salamanca district, in the middle of Madrid’s most popular shopping street.

It is the only stand-alone office tower in Madrid’s so-called ‘Golden Mile’, providing modern offices in a unique high-street retail area.

​Effisus Ecofacade System was used in this iconic project in order to ensure water and air tightness of all facade elements connections, protecting the building from potential water damage, maximizing energy efficiency and acoustics.
