Goodluck Hope is an exciting new development located on the historic Leamouth Peninsula, with incredible views along the River Thames, settled by Allies and Morrison architects.
Once a busy part of the London Docklands, the area is the perfect location for a new riverside community. When complete Goodluck Hope will have 804 new homes and 2,000 sq m of commercial space.
The development will also include new shops, restaurants, bars and outside spaces to eat, shop and relax in. In keeping with area tradition, The Wharf Brewing Company will be setting up shop and opening a brewhouse for visitors to learn more about the process and enjoy an ale or two.
The area is known for its creative community with artists, makers and architects creating homes in refurbished shipping containers. Nearby attractions include London’s only lighthouse at Trinity Buoy Wharf and the Faraday Project, a tiny museum dedicated to the work of Michael Faraday.
In order, to protect the façade elements and ensuring the protection of the building against driving rain and moisture preventing future corrosion, insulation deterioration and mould growth at the same time it increases the building energy efficiency and minimizes the condensation risk, Effisus Breather FR-B Membrane and Effisus Breather FR Class A1 membrane were applied.
