This project copes with the rising demand for housing in Brussels, Belgium’s capital. Erasmus Gardens stand out due to its scale and ambition.

This brand new urbanistic plan, specifically located in Pajottenland, has about 13 hectares, which will allow a significant implementation of housing, services and gardens, striving for a conceptual balance between the city and the field.

Eramus Gardens provides housing, extensive water mirrors, parks, gardens, several local shops, places for leisure and sports, a school and a kindergarten.

On this project it was used the Effisus Ecofacade SA-Edge Membrane , the self-adhesive solution for façade connections weatherproofing. Effisus Ecofacade SA-Edge is the innovative solution, which reduces application time during façade waterproofing.
