The architecture design of this project was conceived by the “The Vero Studio”. In order to make the accessibility of the mall very efficient, they created strong links with the key infrastructure elements such as the Dubai Metro extension. 

The landscape concept was developed in order to reflect the industrial concept of the Architectural façade of the mall, and materials such as curtains were applied in the street furniture and unique paving patterns were used to reinforce the industrial theme of the project. 

Effisus Ecofacade system was applied as an integrated solution to ensure water and air tightness of all facade elements connections, protecting the building from potential water damage, maximizing its energy efficiency, and Effisus Bond FT was used in order to seal flashing details, on metal roofs.
