EXPO 2020 Dubai is an international event bringing together private companies, NGOs and government institutions, with the purpose of discussing important topics such as the importance of technology, sustainability, culture and economy.

The Canada Pavilion will be used as a meeting place for Canadian business and innovators, providing an environment where companies from all around the world can prosper their global markets. The architecture of the building was developed by Moriyama & Teshima, and was inspired by Canadian landscapes and Arabic architectural elements, with the purpose of represent the strong cultural and economic ties between Canada and the UAE. 

Canada’s theme, ‘The Future in Mind’, will focus on Canadian leadership in key sectors such as advanced technologies, aerospace, artificial intelligence, tourism and education, as well as to promote Canadian values like gender equality and sustainable practices.

Effisus Bond FT was applied in order to seal flashing details, on metal roofs.
