Developed by the Berkeley Group, with whom it is always an honor to collaborate, the project brought on board Delineate Design as partners in applying our Effisus Breather FR System to the external façade of the buildings, to protect its components against moisture, driving rain and wind, thus avoiding corrosion, insulation deterioration and mould growth. OCL Façades also joined in the project, applying our Effisus Vapour FR System to prevent condensation risk and improve the airtightness and energy efficiency of the building.
