Eden is one of the most environmentally friendly office buildings in the UK. The building is a new 12-storey, 115,000 sq ft office development at New Bailey, for businesses who are serious about protecting the planet.
As a sustainable, efficient, optimistic and bold building, it makes perfect sense for Effisus to be a part of the project.
Effisus Breather FR System was one of the preferred solutions to apply to the building’s façade. This Class A2 System, with its class A1 Fire Rated Membrane and all the necessary accessories, was used to protect the façade components against moisture, driving rain and wind, thus avoiding corrosion, insulation deterioration and mould growth.
