Rising from the Tigris River in Baghdad, the design of the new headquarters of the Central Bank of Iraq conveys the core values at the heart of the institution: solidity, stability and sustainability.

At a height of 170 metres and a gross internal area of 90,000 square meters, the composition of the design is tailored to the very specific constraints of the site.

A1 Fire–Rated Effisus Vapour FR Membrane was the solution for weatherproofing vapour barrier, protecting the building from condensation risk and improving the airtightness and consequently the energy efficiency.
