O projeto exigiu uma engenharia avan\u00e7ada para realizar as suas fachadas de vidro curvo, estruturas em consola expansivas e sistemas altamente sustent\u00e1veis, incluindo ventila\u00e7\u00e3o natural, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia renov\u00e1vel no local e extensas \u00e1reas ajardinadas. Isto foi especialmente importante tendo em conta o objetivo do Apple Park de ser extremamente eficiente em termos energ\u00e9ticos e de baixa manuten\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; por exemplo, o edif\u00edcio
