EXEO Office Campus, located in Parque das Nações in Lisbon, occupies a prime position within one of the city’s most dynamic business districts. Designed as a contemporary office hub, the campus spans 7,000 square metres and integrates state-of-the-art workspaces with leisure areas, retail services, restaurants and landscaped green zones. Its strategic location and modern infrastructure make it a key reference for next-generation corporate environments in Portugal.
The development comprises three buildings – Aura, Lumnia and Echo – all sharing a unified architectural language that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces. Extensive glazed facades ensure visual continuity with the surrounding landscape, while multifunctional rooftop areas enhance natural light penetration and create flexible spaces that support wellbeing and productivity. Together, these design principles reinforce the campus’s commitment to openness, sustainability and high-quality workspace experiences.

To achieve the high performance required for the building envelope, the project incorporated three Effisus solutions. The non-combustible, A1 Fire-Rated, Effisus Breather FR Membrane provided comprehensive protection of the facade against moisture, driving rain and wind, preventing corrosion and preserving insulation integrity over time. The non-combustible, A1 Fire-Rated, A1 Fire-Rated Effisus Vapour FR Membrane was installed as a durable vapour-control layer, ensuring effective weatherproofing and stable internal environmental conditions. Complementing these systems, Effisus Ecofacade was applied to seal all facade connection interfaces, securing long-lasting watertightness and airtightness while maximising the building’s energy efficiency and reducing risks of water ingress.
Together, these Effisus solutions contributed to the creation of a resilient, efficient and comfortable corporate campus aligned with the architectural ambition and sustainability goals of EXEO.
