Effisus Sealexpand XTRA foam tape delivers exceptional expansion capacity, adapting to irregular gap shapes and accommodating joint movements with lasting elasticity. This ensures durable watertightness along with reliable thermal and acoustic performance. Resistant to UV exposure and direct rain, it acts as a standalone sealing system that is quick to install, maintenance-free, and suitable for various construction methods, including general building, timber or steel frames, and modular projects, both new and refurbished. 

Moreover, Effisus Sealexpand XTRA is also used to close off the end of roofing sheets, as an alternative to profiled foam fillers, and thus seals these edges on metal roofs.
