El proyecto requiri\u00f3 ingenier\u00eda avanzada para materializar sus fachadas de vidrio curvadas, sus extensas estructuras en voladizo y sus sistemas altamente sostenibles, que incluyen ventilaci\u00f3n natural, generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda renovable in situ y amplias zonas verdes.
