Ubicado en pleno centro de Limerick, abarca una superficie de 1,5 hect\u00e1reas y representa un importante avance en la revitalizaci\u00f3n del panorama econ\u00f3mico y cultural de la ciudad. Este desarrollo de uso mixto integra oficinas, locales comerciales, viviendas, espacios culturales y zonas p\u00fablicas, creando un entorno din\u00e1mico para el trabajo, la vida y el ocio.    <\/p><p>Dise\u00f1ado para integrar la arquitectura contempor\u00e1nea con el tejido urbano hist\u00f3rico de Limerick, el proyecto busca potenciar el atractivo de la ciudad como un destino din\u00e1mico para los negocios y la innovaci\u00f3n. El desarrollo se rige por los est\u00e1ndares de construcci\u00f3n de consumo de energ\u00eda casi nulo (nZEB) e incorpora tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas para reducir las emisiones de carbono, mejorar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y promover la responsabilidad ambiental a largo plazo.   <\/p><p>La sostenibilidad ser\u00e1 el pilar fundamental de One Opera Square. Este proyecto, un referente en sostenibilidad y regeneraci\u00f3n urbana, obtendr\u00e1 prestigiosas certificaciones como LEED Platino, WELL Platino y WiredScore Platino. Este compromiso con la sostenibilidad se ve reforzado por el cumplimiento de la Taxonom\u00eda de la UE, otra clasificaci\u00f3n de sostenibilidad. Ser\u00e1 el primer edificio fuera de Dubl\u00edn en alcanzar este nivel de sostenibilidad y certificaci\u00f3n.      <\/p><p>El Proyecto de la \u00d3pera servir\u00e1 como catalizador para la renovaci\u00f3n urbana, preservando el patrimonio al tiempo que adopta la innovaci\u00f3n, y posicionar\u00e1 a Limerick como una de las ciudades l\u00edderes de Irlanda en crecimiento sostenible e inversi\u00f3n.  <\/p><h3>Soluciones y detalles t\u00e9cnicos:<\/h3><p>Effisus ProFlex FR se aplic\u00f3 en las interfaces de la fachada, adapt\u00e1ndose completamente a cada \u00e1rea
