transparent;\">The insurance giant AGEAS is to open a new office for the North of Portugal in the ICON development in Boavista, Porto.<br><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-family: Figtree;\">Comprising two cutting edge office buildings and a build-to-rent apartment complex, covering an area of 24,000 m2, the innovative ICON project is the fruit of a 60-million-euro investment on the part of developers and Effisus partners Civilria.<br><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-family: Figtree;\"><br>The project, designed by Luis Pedro Silva, aims to take construction engineering to new, unique heights.<br><\/span><span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-family: Figtree;\">With their elliptical shape, the two main office buildings feature highly stylised construction elements that push the demands and complexity of traditional construction methods to the limit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The AGEAS Portugal Group has integrated sustainability into all its strategic decisions, making it perfect sense for Effisus to get on board with this project.<\/p><p>Our Easyrepair Kit was used to seal joints in the buildings\u2019
