As part of an ongoing commitment to operational efficiency, safety and sustainability, the site underwent a roof renovation programme to upgrade critical areas exposed to weathering and long-term wear. Given Karachi\u2019s challenging climate, characterised by high temperatures, seasonal monsoon rains and coastal humidity, the refurbishment required robust, durable and long-lasting solutions for sealing vulnerable rooftop elements such as skylights and ridge caps.<\/p>\n<h4>Applied Effisus Solutions<\/h4>\n<p>Effisus Bond FT was selected as the primary sealing solution for the project, particularly for interfaces around skylights and ridge caps sealing. Its fully adhered, flexible technology allowed secure bonding, providing immediate and permanent watertight protection.
