With its clean facade lines and generous glazed areas, the project required reliable sealing solutions to support long-term indoor comfort and protect the structure against London\u2019s variable weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Applied Effisus Solutions<\/h4>\n<p>To meet the demanding performance requirements of the facade, Apex One incorporated the Effisus Vapour FR System as the air and vapour control layer (AVCL). The non-combustible A1 fire-rated membrane provided continuous airtightness across the building envelope, reducing condensation risks and improving thermal stability within the residential units.
